Why this role exists
You own the publisher book. Apps go live, fill and eCPMs stay honest, and you are the person they ping when something looks off.
What you'll do
- Onboard new publishers: tracking, offer setup, first live date
- Watch fill, eCPM, completion, and payouts. Flag drops the same day
- Match inventory to the right offers and push tests that can scale
- Be the daily contact. Same-day replies on caps, expirations, and tracking
- Keep OTG and Streak current so sales is not working off stale notes
- Loop in ad ops and finance when a deal needs a rate, IO, or invoice fix
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in publisher AM, affiliate, or rewarded / offerwall ops
- Comfortable reading MMP and network numbers (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Impact, Everflow)
- Clear writer. Can explain a drop without a novel
- Used a CRM and a tracker, not just a spreadsheet
Nice to have
- Rewarded, loyalty, or offerwall background
- SQL or Looker-level reporting
- You've sat with publishers at events, not only over email
